Welcome to Sundarban Barik Travels. We are committed to offering an authentic, comfortable, and memorable wildlife cruise in the Sundarban delta. To ensure a smooth experience for all travelers, our tour bookings and operations are governed by the policies detailed below.

• Advance Confirmation Token: A minimum advance token (typically 30% to 50% of the total tour cost) is required to secure boat charter, resort rooms, and transportation slots.
• Balance Clearance: The remaining balance must be cleared on the day of travel at Godkhali Ferry Ghat or during resort check-in before boarding the jungle safari boat.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) and official UPI handles (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).

Because safari boat allocations, forest department entry slots, and food provisions are arranged well in advance, cancellations incur the following schedule:

• Mandatory Photo Identity Proof: Every traveler (Indian or Foreigner) must carry valid original Photo IDs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport). Entry permits inside the Sundarban Tiger Reserve cannot be issued without government IDs.
• Wildlife Sighting Disclaimer: Sightings of the Royal Bengal Tiger, estuarine crocodiles, and rare birds depend entirely on nature, tide timings, and natural animal movements. No tour operator can guarantee tiger sightings.
• Strict Eco-Zone Ethics: Littering plastic bottles, throwing food in rivers, playing loud music/speakers, or teasing wild animals is strictly punishable under the West Bengal Wildlife Protection Act.

Sundarban is an active tidal delta. In cases of severe river tides, dense winter morning fog, natural cyclonic warnings, or sudden Forest Department restrictions, Sundarban Barik Travels reserves the right to alter cruise routes or timings for the collective safety of guests.

We are not liable for delayed schedules or missed train/flight connections resulting from unannounced road blockages or weather interruptions.

• Travelers are solely responsible for their valuable gadgets (DSLR cameras, mobile phones, lenses, jewelry). We advise using waterproof covers while cruising.
• Consumption of alcohol or disruptive behavior on shared family group tours is strictly discouraged to maintain a peaceful delta atmosphere.
